With experience in government finance, auditing, real estate accounting, and business ownership, I’ve seen firsthand how strong financial management creates the foundation for success.

My Story

For more than a decade, I directed complex financial operations — from multimillion-dollar budgets and capital improvement plans to payroll, debt strategies, and procurement. I built internal controls, designed reporting systems, and led compliance programs to ensure every process was accountable, efficient, and transparent. Along the way, I developed expertise in financial planning, treasury management, grant compliance, and risk mitigation.

What I’ve always loved most is helping leaders make informed decisions. Whether mentoring managers, advising executive teams, or guiding department directors, I’ve found the greatest satisfaction in giving others clarity and confidence in their financial choices. That passion is what led me to fractional CFO work: applying years of high-level financial leadership to help small and growing businesses make strategic, data-driven decisions.
