Hi, I’m Baron — a finance professional who has spent my career making sense of numbers, building systems, and helping organizations thrive. With experience in government finance, auditing, real estate accounting, and business ownership, I’ve seen firsthand how strong financial management creates the foundation for success.
My Story
For more than a decade, I directed complex financial operations — from multimillion-dollar budgets and capital improvement plans to payroll, debt strategies, and procurement. I built internal controls, designed reporting systems, and led compliance programs to make sure every process was accountable, efficient, and transparent. Along the way, I developed expertise in treasury management, grant compliance, and risk mitigation.

The part of my work I’ve always loved most is helping people. Whether mentoring managers or building high-performing teams, I’ve found the greatest satisfaction in giving others clarity and confidence.​ That’s what drew me into bookkeeping. It allows me to take all those years of big-picture financial leadership and apply them in a more hands-on way for small business owners. I enjoy building relationships with clients, keeping their records accurate, and providing the clarity they need to make confident decisions. Bookkeeping gives me the best of both worlds: technical expertise and personal connection.

In addition to my finance career, I’ve also managed and grown a small business — sharpening my skills in customer service, sales, and operations. That entrepreneurial perspective helps me understand the challenges business owners face and how to deliver practical, value-driven solutions.
